February iPhone Rewind

We finally got our shelves put together and anchored to the wall in our Fireplace room to make it our new playroom.  It has not ever been this clean since this picture.

Sweet baby boy was diagnosed with flu B.  Thankfully his only symptom was a fever and a little extra snuggliness.

Math and patterns with our Valentine candy.

I got my 2nd dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine!  So thankful.

My littlest Valentine.

A whole family of Valentines.

More Texas snow!

Every time we played in the snow, Cooper would immediately come in and get in bed under his covers to warm up.

He definitely enjoyed making snow ice cream.

The snow was fun for about a day until we lost power and therefore heat.  Eating our cold breakfast bundled up to stay warm.  Thankful for friends who took us in to let us warm up at their place for a few days.  And thankful that our house survived the thaw!

One last family walk in the snow...

... running through the snow...

And 2 days later he was back to wading in the creek.

This boy was born at 39 weeks and 3 days.  He had been in our arms for 39 weeks and 3 days on his 9 month "birthday" which was also at the end of our week of no power (alongside several weeks with barely functioning bathrooms) so I didn't really get ready, but wanted to snap a picture of this day with him anyway.

He learned to sit himself up and was so excited that he did it in his crib after nap time.

We took a trip to the Arboretum with friends.

Cooper had a dentist appointment this week.

Playing in his corner of the playroom.  He doesn't stay put as much anymore, but still starts out here.

First salon haircut in over a year!
