September was a full month for us-- new school for Cooper and job for me, getting back to Bible Study and MOPS, and buying and setting up our new house! Here's a look back at the month.
One of Cooper's favorite things is working at his "desk" he pulls his chair up to his music table and pretends to typer. He even will try to find glasses to wear since David wears blue light glasses when he works from home and Cooper wants to be just like Daddy!
An evening walk with both of his dogs.
We went to a Teddy Bear Picnic at the Heritage Farmstead Museum with a friend. Cooper got to make a hat for his bear, eat a bear-shaped snack, feed the chickens, and go on a tractor ride!
Cooper loves snuggling up while watching TV with us. He got his pillow and blankets and was all cuddled up.
Our first trip to get shaved ice in our new neighborhood (then we brought it back and ate it at our apartment)
This boy loves his tortillas. He has gotten so comfortable at Chiloso (one of our regular breakfast taco spots) that when he wanted another tortilla he went right up to the cashier on his own and asked for "another taco please." Luckily I caught up to him to explain that he really just wanted a tortilla, but the sweet worker was all ready to make him another full taco.
A picture with our realtor at closing on our house.
Breakfast picnic our first morning at the house!
Cooper found Mickey ice cream at the store and had to have it!
We bought new bedroom furniture (2 dressers and 2 nightstands). David and I worked on some of it together and then I sent him this picture when I finished it up while Cooper napped one day.
My sweet boy is having a really hard time adjusting to all of the changes this month has brought. Since we moved into our new house he has been saying he's scared of the dark at bedtime. So we've compromised and let him keep his lamp on until he falls asleep-- it's hard to see but I snapped this picture of him reading in his rocking chair before he fell asleep our first night in the house.
This boy loves the indoor playground at school!
Cooper's windup pitch. He loves to play baseball at home and has started trying to copy pitchers he's seen.
Cooper loves to swing from "monkey bars" as he calls them. Anytime we're in a line with bars around it he has to swing and swing.
Whew! What a busy and crazy month. So glad to have this little guy to keep me laughing through it all!
